WASSERSTRASSE Düsseldorf Exclusive living at the Kaiserteich
Wasserstraße, directly on the banks of the historic pond known as Kaiserteich, which together with the Schwanenspiegel forms a double pond complex, is a heart of Düsseldorf and one of the most glamorous residential locations – close to the Rhine promenade, close to the Kö. Here, we have realised an exclusive residential project in a class of its own. Designed by the renowned office MSM Meyer Schmitz-Morkramer, the property includes upscale city flats ranging in size from 150 to 445 square metres and was developed according to resource-saving, efficient green building principles.
Visually, two different natural stone façades divide the project into two houses: Sand-coloured Trosselfels – a coral limestone – and light grey shell limestone stand side by side in harmony. A three-storey bay window, double-light windows and horizontal pilaster strips provide structure. With this façade, the ensemble blends sensitively into its historic surroundings. The interior is also of exclusive high quality, for example with staircases featuring Jura floors. Each unit has a terrace, balcony or garden and two underground parking spaces.
