We undertake land development, we are planning urban quarters and are building not only residential buildings but also offices and hotels. Instead of short-term returns and maximum space utilisation, we focus on properties that retain their value, forward-looking planning and design quality, and thus on concepts that are sustainable for decades.
GREEN CAMPUS Köln Sustainable and urban networks
The Green Campus in Cologne is not only the link between the districts of Ehrenfeld and Lindenthal, but also a district development for a better quality of life and modern office working environments - with the highest standards.
The previously completely built-up and therefore sealed area is being transformed into a sustainable campus through urban urban design. Short distances and a mix that ensures a high quality of stay create a new meeting place as a model for the future. An office campus consisting of three detached and terraced buildings is being built on the 1.4 hectare site. These are connected by innovative path concepts, green spaces, play and activity areas as well as other recreational facilities, creating the Green Campus as a whole.

Modern building for high technology: The new construction of the EPSON Experience Center is an initial building block for attracting business and for the development of the quarter on the former Pierburg site in Neuss. With its clear building structure, it forms a striking entrance on Leuschstraße.
In January 2022, EPSON had concluded the lease agreement for the realisation of the new headquarters in our TRIGON project. In addition, the company was looking for space for a new demo space building, ideally close to the new headquarters. Thus, in partnership, the vision was born to realise a building specially tailored to EPSON on the former Pierburg site. In the run-up, various locations were examined with regard to different evaluation criteria. This location has met most of the criteria and is therefore qualified for further development.

On Schiessstraße, a branch road to the booming Hansaallee, the business hotspot Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to grow – supplemented by an excellent local supply infrastructure in the neighbouring quarters. Here, we have completed a striking six-storey office building and let it to international companies.

The 55,580 square metre former industrial site of the Pierburg company is located in Neuss, but directly on the city limits of Düsseldorf. It offers an ideal location, close to the autobahn A52 and – by public transport – only minutes away from Neuss city centre and the centre of Düsseldorf-Heerdt. Here, on Düsseldorfer Straße, a new urban quarter is being created with a mix of around 30 percent commercial use – including a hotel, retail use and office space – and 70 percent residential use. This includes both, publicly subsidised and privately financed rental and freehold flats, a total of around 470 units.
