What is special about the INBUS®VIERTEL project is the close cooperation with the Neuss city administration, with whom we are working together to find new ways of efficient energy supply or new climate concepts, also in terms of fresh air flow and water management. Historical buildings such as the old boiler house on the site, which is worth preserving, could be used as a new energy centre. With the help of a neighbourhood garage, we also want to keep a large part of the car traffic away and promote new mobility offers – in a forward-looking, diverse area.
