H2 HOTEL Düsseldorf Business- and family hotel in “Le Quartier Central”
“Le Quartier Central” on an old railway site in the Düsseldorf district of Pempelfort is one of NRW's largest urban development projects. Together with our long-standing partner, the ABG Real Estate Group, we have developed the last vacant plot of the entire quarter on the newly created Toulouser Allee. The almost 2,000 square metre property is the first location of an H2 Hotel in Düsseldorf. The budget and design brand thus consistently complements the quarter.
The long block with an angular asymmetrical façade on the ground floor and organising vertical and horizontal elements on the upper floors has a lively effect and offers 250 rooms on its seven floors. As one target group is “families”, there are also many four-bed rooms.
In the construction process, the Lean Construction Management (LCM) control tool was used, which enables particularly precise planning of construction and logistics. We had also created sample rooms in advance for optimal planning and processing – to make completion efficient, sustainable and economical.
