H2 HOTEL Düsseldorf Business- and family hotel in “Le Quartier Central”
“Le Quartier Central” on an old railway site in the Düsseldorf district of Pempelfort is one of NRW's largest urban development projects. Together with our long-standing partner, the ABG Real Estate Group, we have developed the last vacant plot of the entire quarter on the newly created Toulouser Allee. The almost 2,000 square metre property is the first location of an H2 Hotel in Düsseldorf. The budget and design brand thus consistently complements the quarter.
The long block with an angular asymmetrical façade on the ground floor and organising vertical and horizontal elements on the upper floors has a lively effect and offers 250 rooms on its seven floors. In addition to classic double rooms, the H2 Hotel offers four-bed rooms for families and travelling groups.
In the construction process, the Lean Construction Management (LCM) control tool was used, which enables particularly precise planning of construction and logistics. To ensure efficient, sustainable and economical planning of the interior fit-out and sampling, sample rooms were created in advance according to the tenant's specifications - so that a perfect room concept could be realised in practice.
