EPSON Experience Center Neuss Commercial use of the Pierburg site

Modern building for high technology: The new construction of the EPSON Experience Center is an initial building block for attracting business and for the development of the quarter on the former Pierburg site in Neuss. With its clear building structure, it forms a striking entrance on Leuschstraße.

On October 1, 2025, the new building was handed over to the user. The EPSON EXPERIENCE CENTER exemplifies the bema group's philosophy of implementing innovative and sustainable construction projects. The building was constructed in accordance with DGNB Gold certification standards. In the new building, the world's leading technology company presents specialized industrial applications and new developments for large-format printing machines and offers space for modern testing and training facilities.

Epson had already signed a lease for the TRIGON office building in 2022. The joint vision of developing a building specifically tailored to EPSON next to the office location in Düsseldorf-Heerdt on the Pierburg site was thus successfully realized in fall 2025.

The Experience Center will demonstrate and showcase the manufacturer‘s latest presses, robots and projectors, and will also host testing and training sessions. It is divided into an eight-metre-high hall and an adjoining two-storey office and training area. The building is autonomously heated and supplied with hot water by means of air-water heat pumps and photovoltaic systems. The roof surfaces are extensively greened; parking spaces for electric vehicles are provided as well as easily accessible bicycle parking facilities. The project thus fits into the future mobility strategy for theentire quarter.
