Projects
We undertake land development, we are planning urban quarters and are building not only residential buildings but also offices and hotels. Instead of short-term returns and maximum space utilisation, we focus on properties that retain their value, forward-looking planning and design quality, and thus on concepts that are sustainable for decades.
TRIGON Düsseldorf DGNB-certified office building
On Schiessstraße, a branch road to the booming Hansaallee, the business hotspot Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to grow – supplemented by an excellent local supply infrastructure in the neighbouring quarters. Here, we have completed a striking six-storey office building and let it to international companies.

Modern building for high technology: The new construction of the EPSON Experience Center is an initial building block for attracting business and for the development of the quarter on the former Pierburg site in Neuss. With its clear building structure, it forms a striking entrance on Leuschstraße.
In January 2022, EPSON had concluded the lease agreement for the realisation of the new headquarters in our TRIGON project. In addition, the company was looking for space for a new demo space building, ideally close to the new headquarters. Thus, in partnership, the vision was born to realise a building specially tailored to EPSON on the former Pierburg site. In the run-up, various locations were examined with regard to different evaluation criteria. This location has met most of the criteria and is therefore qualified for further development.
The new Experience Center will demonstrate and showcase the manufacturer‘s latest presses, robots and projectors, and will also host testing and training sessions. It is divided into an eight-metre-high hall and an adjoining two-storey office and training area. The building is autonomously heated and supplied with hot water by means of air-water heat pumps and photovoltaic systems. The roof surfaces are extensively greened; parking spaces for electric vehicles are provided as well as easily accessible bicycle parking facilities. The project thus fits into the future mobility strategy for theentire quarter.

The urban development project on the former Pierburg site in Neuss is one of bema's largest projects in terms of area. The entire building development of the area started with a hotel on Düsseldorfer Straße, for which we were able to win the B&B chain as operator.

The world-famous suspension monorail runs through the central Wuppertal district of Elberfeld – largely above the river Wupper that gives the city its name. Vis-à-vis the monorail station there, we planned a special building with office and catering space ranging from 300 to 2,000 square metres. From the pen of the Düsseldorf office of HPP Architects, it displays a representative façade of elaborately profiled fair-faced concrete on the outside. Angular, partly triangular white elements and floor-level windows complement each other to create a striking look.
