On Schiessstraße, a branch road to the booming Hansaallee, the business hotspot Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to grow – supplemented by an excellent local supply infrastructure in the neighbouring quarters. Here, we have completed a striking six-storey office building and let it to international companies.

“Le Quartier Central” on an old railway site in the Düsseldorf district of Pempelfort is one of NRW's largest urban development projects. Together with our long-standing partner, the ABG Real Estate Group, we have developed the last vacant plot of the entire quarter on the newly created Toulouser Allee. The almost 2,000 square metre property is the first location of an H2 Hotel in Düsseldorf. The budget and design brand thus consistently complements the quarter.

YORCK OFFICES Düsseldorf Revitalisation of a central office location
On the corner of Yorckstraße and Münsterstraße in Düsseldorf-Derendorf, directly opposite the striking new campus of the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (HSD), lies an extensive building complex. Behind the solid natural stone façade, the banking house HSBC Trinkaus had its headquarters for a long time. The largely vacant building from 1992 was getting on in years, both aesthetically and in terms of energy. The bema group acquired it in 2019 together with a joint venture partner. The bema group was responsible for the acquisition, the identification of the potentials and the lead in the conception of the further development of quality features for the constructional implementation.

Here, we have realised an exclusive residential project in a class of its own. Designed by the renowned office MSM Meyer Schmitz-Morkramer, the property includes upscale city flats ranging in size from 150 to 445 square metres and was developed according to resource-saving, efficient green building principles.
